(The selection shown here can vary depending on what our suppliers have on hand.)
Bronze and copper : Bronze and copper are semi-precious metals; coffins made of these metals are not only rust-proof but more resistant and durable than any other coffins.
Steel : Coffin steel comes in several different qualities depending on the thickness of the steel itself. The thickest is 16 gauge, 18 gauge is medium quality while 20 gauge is considered basic; this is what’s used in the automobile industry.
Wood : Wood and its many uses, including coffin manufacturing, are elements of our society’s cultural heritage. Oak, ash, mahogany, cherry, cedar, pine, poplar or plywood… wood has a rich, warm appearance.
Vault : A vault is a rigid structure that encloses the coffin or urn. As the coffin or urn naturally deteriorates over time, the soil can settle making it necessary to reposition the tombstone and repair the soil surface. A sealed vault keeps the soil from settling by supporting it from beneath thus maintaining the appearance of the site; it also makes the coffin or urn completely watertight. Vaults are available in steel, plastic or concrete.
