Sister Estelle Bourdages passed away at the Residence of the Daughters of Jesus in Rimouski on March 14, 2025, at the age of 98 years and 5 months after 79 years of religious life. She was the daughter of the late Ludivine Cayouette and the late Mr. Philias Bourdages.
The ashes of Sister Estelle Bourdages will lie in state in the chapel of the Residence of the Daughters of Jesus located at 949 St-Germain Blvd., Rimouski, on Friday, May 9, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Celebration of the Word following at 7:30 p.m. The funeral will be held in the same chapel on Saturday, May 10, at 10:00 a.m.
She is survived by the Sisters of her community, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She has gone to join her brothers and sisters who have preceded her to be with the Lord.
